Trust
Trust is not a badge or a page. It is the result of how a system is designed, operated and corrected when something goes wrong.
Melosome treats security, privacy, accessibility, evidence and human accountability as engineering requirements.
Security
Our engineering standard requires proportionate controls across identity, access, data, software supply chains, deployment, monitoring, backup, recovery and incident response.
We do not claim that any system is invulnerable. We design to reduce risk, detect problems, contain impact and recover responsibly.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed for a defined purpose, restrict access, set retention expectations and explain how people can exercise their rights.
The corporate website does not use advertising trackers. The launch baseline is designed to operate without non-essential cookies.
Responsible AI
AI-enabled systems require more than model selection.
Our approach considers purpose, data, evaluation, permissions, failure, human oversight, security, transparency and redress. Human accountability remains explicit.

Accessibility
The website is designed and tested towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Accessibility is treated as part of product quality. We welcome reports of barriers and will prioritise material issues.

Responsible disclosure
Security researchers can report suspected vulnerabilities privately and in good faith.
Contact info@melosome.app with the subject line [SECURITY] Vulnerability report.
Evidence over assurance
We do not publish certifications, availability promises or compliance claims that have not been achieved and verified.
As Melosome services mature, service-specific trust information will be published where it is useful and supportable.
