Accessibility statement
Prepared: 2 August 2026
Melosome Group Ltd wants the Melosome corporate website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible.
Our target
The website is designed and tested towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
This includes attention to:
- semantic structure;
- keyboard operation;
- visible focus;
- text and interface contrast;
- zoom and reflow;
- meaningful alternative text;
- form labels and error messages;
- reduced-motion preferences;
- touch-target size;
- clear language; and
- compatibility with common assistive technologies.
Current status
The rebuilt website has not yet undergone an independent accessibility audit.
Internal checks form part of the launch acceptance criteria. We will not claim full conformance until the implemented site has been tested and material issues have been addressed.
Known limitations
No material limitation is intentionally accepted for launch.
A feature, third-party service or document may still create a barrier that internal testing did not identify. Reports are welcome.

Do not send unnecessary medical or disability information.
Response
We will review credible accessibility reports and prioritise issues according to impact, reach and remediation effort.
Where an immediate technical fix is not available, we will consider an accessible alternative for obtaining the relevant information.
Review
This statement will be reviewed after significant website changes and at least annually.
